About Peeqback
Peeqback is an independent user feedback tool built by founder Jay Khatri. It helps SaaS teams and indie founders collect feature requests, let users vote on what matters, share a public roadmap, and tell every voter the moment their request ships.

Why does Peeqback exist?
Most small product teams don't lack feedback — they lack one place to put it. Requests arrive by email, Slack, support chat, and in passing on sales calls, and the loudest one usually wins. Peeqback replaces that guesswork with a simple loop: collect every request in one place, let users vote, and close the loop when you ship.
What we believe
One flat price. A feedback tool shouldn't cost more because more of your users care. Peeqback is $19/month or $149 once, with unlimited boards, votes, and users on both plans.
Focused, not bloated. We build the core feedback loop — widget, voting board, public roadmap, changelog — and deliberately skip enterprise features that most small teams never touch.
Always close the loop. People who ask for a feature deserve to hear when it ships. One-click emails to everyone who asked are built in, not a paid add-on.
We use it ourselves. Peeqback's own feature requests are collected with the Peeqback widget and tracked on a public Peeqback board.
See it for yourself on Peeqback's public feedback board.
Who builds Peeqback?

Jay Khatri is the founder of Peeqback and builds tools that help product teams collect feedback, prioritize features, and ship changelogs users actually read. Peeqback is built and supported directly by its founder, so a support email reaches the person who writes the code.
