Frill pricing 2026: plans and real costs

Frill charges a flat price per plan, not per seat, and every paid plan includes unlimited admins. Billed monthly, Startup is $25 a month (capped at 50 active ideas), Business $49, Growth $149 and Enterprise $349. There's no free plan; instead there's a 14-day trial with no card. White labeling is included from Growth, or sold as an add-on.

What to watch on the bill

The Startup idea cap
Startup allows 50 active ideas. Business and above are unlimited, so a busy board pushes you to $49 a month.
Add-ons
Privacy (private boards, pre-approved ideas and users), unlimited Surveys and White Labeling are sold as add-ons. Frill's pricing page doesn't list add-on prices.
White labeling
Included on Growth. It removes the "Powered by" tagline, adds your favicon and sends emails from your own domain.

The flat-price option: Peeqback

Frill and Peeqback are the closest pair here: both are flat-priced with unlimited admins. Peeqback is $19 a month or $149 once, has no cap on ideas, and lets you hide the Peeqback footer on its one plan. Frill gives you a custom domain and surveys, which Peeqback doesn't have.
