Productboard pricing 2026: plans and real costs

Prices checked on November 3, 2026 from productboard.com/pricing. All prices in US dollars.

As of November 3, 2026, Productboard lists two plans, Business and Enterprise, and publishes no per-maker price for either. Both are bought through a demo or a sales call, and both require at least 5 makers. The free and Plus plans that older articles mention no longer appear on productboard.com/pricing. You pay per maker (the product managers who own strategy); contributors who submit feedback don't count as makers, with 25 included on Business and unlimited on Enterprise.

What to watch on the bill

Makers vs contributors
Productboard bills by makers, the people who own product strategy. Contributors can submit feedback, tag insights and comment without counting toward the maker limit. Business includes 25 contributors; Enterprise has no contributor limit.
Spark AI credits
Spark, Productboard's AI assistant, is included on both plans. Business includes 500 credits per maker each month. Extra credits cost $5 per 50 on monthly plans, or $60 a year per 600 on annual plans.
What only Enterprise unlocks
A white-labeled portal, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom roles and the Salesforce integration are Enterprise-only. Business shows them as not available.
Changing plans
You can add makers or switch plans at any time, and mid-cycle changes are prorated.

The flat-price option: Peeqback

Productboard is a product management platform: it pulls feedback from many sources, links it to features and scores priorities. Peeqback does none of that. It's a public feedback board, roadmap and changelog. If you mainly use Productboard's portal to collect and show feature requests, Peeqback covers that job for a flat $19 a month, whether one person or ten use it.

Peeqback costs $19/mo at 1, 5 or 10 seats, or $149 once for lifetime access, with a 7-day money-back guarantee.
