What to watch on the bill
- AI is billed by usage
- The Fibi AI agent costs $0.49 per resolution, charged once per conversation and only when Fibi fully resolves it; handovers to a human are free. AI Copilot includes 10 conversations per seat a month, or $19 per seat a month for unlimited use.
- Branding removal
- Removing Featurebase branding is a $69-a-month add-on on Professional and Enterprise. Growth and Free can't remove it.
- Email volume
- Paid plans include 5,000 outbound emails, then usage-based pricing.
- Trial and discounts
- Paid plans have a 10-day free trial with no card. Featurebase lists 86% off for eligible startups and 15% off for open-source projects and non-profits.
